Elke 24u bloedkweken afnemen totdat ze negatief zijn. Verdubbeling van de dosis i.o.m. arts-microbioloog indien de bloedkweken positief blijven.
Behandelduur tot minimaal 14 dagen na de laatste positieve bloedkweek. Consult oogarts op dag 10 van de behandeling.
